Frequently asked questions
- Will we lose our old mail when we move?
- No. We migrate the full mail history, contacts and calendars, run both systems in parallel during the changeover, and only close the old one once we have verified everything arrived.
- Which plan is right for us?
- It depends on user numbers, whether you need the desktop Office applications, and your security requirements. We're glad to go through it with you — usually a short conversation narrows it to one or two plans.
- Can it work alongside Google Workspace?
- We are partners for both platforms and will recommend whichever suits the way your office actually works — not whichever is convenient for us to sell.
