Communications
Cloud IP telephony
A complete phone system with no comms cabinet, no hardware on your premises and no engineer needed for every small change.
Sized to you
No minimum extension commitment. You choose how many you need, and the price is per extension.
Scales instantly
Grow or shrink with a click. On old on-premise systems every change meant expensive physical work.
Reachable anywhere
Connect from anywhere at any time. The only requirement is a working internet connection.
Cheaper to run
Savings on buying and maintaining hardware, on software, and on the staff time to run it.
A phone system is a basic requirement for the convenience of customers and staff alike. The days when small and even mid-sized businesses gave up on having one for cost reasons are gone — today the simplest and most capable answer is a system hosted in the cloud.
Like any phone system, an IP PBX routes incoming and outgoing calls and provides voicemail and per-extension messaging. On top of that it interfaces efficiently with your internet connection, which saves the business a great deal on call charges — particularly between branches or abroad.
Beyond that, an IP system also connects to your computer network and makes management easier: dialling directly from Outlook, popping up a customer record on an incoming call, and running a properly organised call centre.

Frequently asked questions
- Can we keep our existing number?
- Yes. We handle porting your numbers from your current provider, so your customers carry on dialling exactly the same number.
- What happens if the internet goes down?
- A fallback rule is configured in advance: calls are automatically routed to the team's mobiles, so nothing is missed.
- Do we need to buy new handsets?
- Not necessarily. You can start with a softphone on computers and mobiles, and add physical IP handsets where they suit the way people work.
